The Disable Paste and Drag plugin allows you to block pasting and drag-and-drop interactions on specific input fields. Enhance security and control user input by simply specifying the field's ID and toggling restrictions. Ideal for sensitive forms and data protection.

Instructions:

  1. Install the Plugin:

    • Go to the Bubble Editor and open the "Plugins" tab.
    • Search for "Disable Paste and Drag" and click Install.

  2. Add the Plugin to Your Page:

    • Drag and drop the Disable Paste and Drag element onto your page.

  3. Configure the Plugin:
    In the Property Editor on the right-hand side, configure the following settings:

    • Input Field ID:

      • Enter the ID Attribute of the input field you want to apply restrictions to. This ID should match the ID of the input field in your page (you can set the ID Attribute of any Bubble input field in the element’s property editor).

    • Disable Paste (Yes/No):

      • Toggle this setting to Yes to prevent users from pasting into the specified input field. Set it to No to allow pasting.

    • Disable Drag-and-Drop (Yes/No):

      • Toggle this setting to Yes to block drag-and-drop interactions into the input field. Set it to No to allow dragging and dropping.

  4. Save and Test:

    • After configuring the settings, save your changes.
    • Preview the page. Try pasting or dragging and dropping into the input field to ensure the restrictions are applied properly.
