The PDFMonkey Integration plugin offers seamless connectivity with the PDFMonkey API, allowing you to generate and manage documents directly from your Bubble.io application. With support for both asynchronous and synchronous document generation, quota tracking, and account information, this plugin provides a comprehensive solution for all your document needs.

Instructions

  1. Install the Plugin:
    • Go to the Bubble Plugin tab, search for "PDFMonkey Integration," and click "Install."
  2. Set Up API Key:
    • Navigate to the plugin settings and enter your PDFMonkey API key to authenticate your requests.
  3. Asynchronous Document Generation:
    • Use the "Create Document" action in your workflow to queue a document for generation.
  4. Synchronous Document Generation:
    • Use the "Generate Document" action to generate a document and receive immediate feedback, including download links and previews.
  5. Retrieve Document Data:
    • Use the action "Get Document", or use the data call "Retrieve Document" or "List Document Cards" to access information about documents, including filenames and custom references.
  6. Check Quota Usage:
    • Use the "Get Quota Usage" action or “Retrieve Quota Usage” data call to get your account’s quota usage and manage your limits.
  7. Retrieve User Account Details:
    • Use the "Get User Account" action to fetch information about your PDFMonkey account and plan details.
